Yin yoga back pain release is yoga flow focused on slow stretch of our back body to let go of tension and ease pain and discomfort. Stretch your shoulders, back, glutes by holding the poses from 2-5 minutes. Breathe into each pose, let go and relax. Don’t activate the muscles, but surrender and feel every sensation.
